Rent a space and a sewing machine leather. Brisbane?

I'm trying to kickstart my leather purse / wallet business. I have a robust machine old sewing at home but just not strong enough to sew leather variable thickness that I want to join. I broke many needles and thread and its just not worth worthwhile. Therefore, I would take my skin to a place and hire a leather industrial sewing machine and space (I guess I would have to be after hours which is fine). I'm in the inner north of Brisbane. Apparently there is a place that does something similar for people who want to do woodworking and carpentry. They go to the ship industrial and rental cars and a workbench and power tools for the day or half day, etc. Can anyone advise if there is a place for the sewers. thanks
